About the Oil: Pure cedarwood essential oil steam distilled from the wood of wild cedar grown in Nepal. This naturally grown cedarwood may be the only true cedarwood available today. An exceptionally fine oil, with a beautifully well-rounded woody balsamic aroma, it is a solid choice for therapeutic applications of cedarwood. Our aged* Himalayan wild cedarwood essential oil has an exceptional therapeutic capacity and a beautifully rounded aroma, especially in its middle notes. Do see more on the link provided below.

The Moroccan cedarwood is a little more prominent in the higher notes, with the Himalayan being fuller in the middle. Texan and Virginian cedarwoods are actually in the juniper family, though they do have distinct cedarwood aromas.

*We have a proprietary method of aging this particular oil. After the Synergy aging process, this oil not only possesses a deeper color, but carries a smoother, overall well bodied aroma.
