Sleep Tight is a bedtime formula created to help with relaxation and a good night's rest. 

About the Formula: In this sleep oil blend, we’ve blended lavender with other essential oils traditionally used for a better night’s rest and relieving anxiety without stimulation. Oils high in sesquiterpenes are noted to stimulate the pineal gland, bring greater clarity, focus, and calm. Placebo-controlled research has shown that lavender can significantly improve sleep and result in greater vigor in the morning! 

Aroma: It's a pleasantly fresh and well-balanced blend despite its complexity. An acute nose will detect the earthy essence of the valerian in the background.  

Uses: Try using this sleep blend in a diffuser before you go to bed, or put a few drops on your pillow, or on a tissue next to your bed. We also use this ourselves on our feet and temples before bed and find it truly wonderful.

Ingredients: Essential oils of myrrh, cajeput, Frankincense carteri, ylang-ylang extra, ylang-ylang complete, bergamot, lavender, and valerian root.
